This is an agreement between you and Lazy Bone Innovations Private Limited (the service provider). Please read these Terms of Use before purchasing or using any aspect of the Quill Plus (hereinafter referred to as Quill App or app). By using any aspect of Quill App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement: "Service provider" means Lazy Bone Innovations Pvt. Ltd. which is the publisher of Quill Plus.

"Content Provider" means the party offering content in the Quill App, which may be a service provider or a third party.

"Quill Content" means digitized content obtained through the Quill App, such as e-books, multiple choice questions, solutions to questions, links to videos, presentations, test papers, etc.

"Supported Device" means an android device with version 5.0 and above.

"Purchaser" means the user or prospective user of the Quill App

• Usage Rights, Third-Party Access, Duplication, Printing, Storage
  • The purchaser is granted a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive license in the form of a product key for his or her personal use of the Quill content.
  • The purchaser is not authorized to grant access to the Quill content for consideration or no consideration, in whole or in part, to any third party, to sublicense, to transfer, to timeshare, or to rent out in any other manner the Quill content
  • The content on the app is only licensed, not sold, to you by the content provider.
  • Making the Quill content available on the internet or in other networks, reselling the Quill content, and/or any use for commercial purposes is not permitted.
  • Making copies or printouts and storing a backup copy of the Quill content on another device is not permitted under this agreement.
  • Inclusion of the Quill content, in whole or in part, in a purchaser’s own print or online publication is not permitted.
  • The above conditions also apply but not limiting to any audio, video, or other files that accompany the Quill content.
• Content Alteration, Third-Party Rights
  • Barring differing compelling legal obligations, the Quill content may not be altered by the purchaser in form or content in any way. The purchaser is not authorized to create derivative works based on the Quill content, nor to use these contents in any way that would infringe the copyrights in this material.
  • The purchaser will get full access to the app only on validation of license key provided by the service provider or an institute which the service provider has given the authority to issue license keys. Such license key will be valid only for a limited period as pre-decided by the service provider with the user.
• Registration, Access Details
  • The access to the Quill content is provided to the purchaser from the Quill App. The purchaser is required to register on the app with username, email id and mobile number. All data fields are mandatory.
  • Any proprietary or copyright notices, disclaimers, digital watermarks, trademarks, onscreen notices, labels, or other marks must not be removed or suppressed from the Quill content in any way.
  • The user/purchaser agrees to give access to the following permissions for the app to function properly - Microphone, Phone Media, Contacts, Camera, Phone & SMS, Identity, Device ID, Location, Storage, Calendar & Network.
• Accessibility
  • The service provider makes no warranties as to continuous access to the Quill content during its validity. Disruptions or service failures cannot be ruled out.
  • The service provider reserves the right to alter, expand, limit, or discontinue the environment in which Quill content is made available and to remove data at any time and without further notice. The service provider accepts no liability for data losses.
• Misuse
  • The service provider reserves the right to investigate occurrences of suspected unauthorized use or other contract violations and to take appropriate action, in particular, to deny the purchaser further access to the licensed Quill content, either in full or in part, temporarily or, in case of major violations, permanently.
• Use of data
  • The service provider will ensure protection of personal data of the user and not sell personal data of the user for any commercial purposes. However, the service provider will use the user data for purpose of sending promotional messages via SMS, whatsapp & emails.
• Technical terms related to software
  The End User:
  • will not use the software for development, compilation, debugging and similar design-time purposes.
  • will not reverse-compile or decompile, analyze, reverse-engineer, reverse-assemble or disassemble, unlock or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Software or attempt to do any of the foregoing in relation to the Code of the Software; and
  • will not modify, adapt, translate or create any derivative works of the Software or merge the Software into any other software
  • will not use, copy, modify, or transfer the Software
